Randi along with husband Joe Bob are the principle owners of the Agency since 2000. She is the book keeper for the agency. Randi and husband Joe Bob have 3 Children.

Heather has been a licensed agent since 1996. She is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Crop Insurance. Heather specializes in commercial insurance, large farms, and health/life insurance. Heather and her husband Jess have 2 children.
